About me

I have come a long way to find my destiny: TEACH. I graduated from a Master in Marketing and I specialized in fashion. After a few years in Paris, punctuated by a stressful life I saw that my health was decreasing day by day. I ended up saying STOP and go back to Cannes where I was born, I got initiated to Yoga and, with the practice it became obvious I wanted to transmit the benefits that it had brought me. In my collective lessons I propose a flow that combines sequences of movements, often in music, which circulate the energy, sculpt the body and soothe the mind. Road trip to Yucatán

A few lines to complete the videos (available below) of our Road Trip in Yucatán, if you wish to make this trip, that I advise you once in your life. The plane lands at night in Cancún, we chose to stay close to the airport to go to Tulum the next day. After getting the rental car we slept in a guest house run by a French passionate parrots and scuba diving (she will advise you if you want to do during your stay). Ideally located, close to the airport and in the middle of the jungle: Pura Vida Cancún. The next day we stopped in Playa del Carmen in a nice vegan restaurant for breakfast: The Pitted Date. Bali – Yoga Trip & Tips

Yoga Trip & Tips for you : adress Yoga, Food & Fun With my friend Julie we went to Bali to deepen our Yoga practice. We chose the city of Ubud for its yoga center: Yoga Barn. A schedule of classes from 7h to 21h, with teachers of different nationalities, all very professional. We took a 20 course card as well, a course cost us 7 euros! Unbeatable in France for classes of 1h30, of such quality in such a beautiful space. Ubud is a very safe and pleasant city, it is really the Mecca of Yoga there. You can find vegetarian and vegan restaurants on every street corner, and frankly we feasted on every meal! We stayed at the Tegal Sari Hotel, a 4 minute walk to Yoga...
